Hi! I’m Ariav. I study Data Science and EECS at UC Berkeley. I’m a builder at heart, with a past life in skilled trades as a millwork carpenter. Craftsmanship guides how I create: with useful abstractions, clean systems, and help from people I admire and enjoy working with.

I aim towards the intersection of human judgment and machine assistance: enterprise agentics, semantic data layers, and practical ML that earns trust through outcomes. As I enter my final year of undergrad, I am seeking full-time opportunities in AI engineering and data science for Summer 2026.

My journey has taken me from importing wholesale candies in middle school, to founding “Operation Emulation” (enabling Nintendo DS games on school Chromebooks), to working as a carpenter building custom cabinets and furniture, to founding a Handyman and Home IT business that I continue to operate today.
